Line made by Ruland (Germany) for the preparation and storage of still beverages before the bottling process. Capacity: 4000 l/h still drinks, maximum 15° Brix. Material: all tanks, tubes, connecting parts, fittings and product valves are made from stainless steel 1.4301, equivalent to AISI 304 or higher quality. Gaskets are made of EPDM, silicone, NBR and PTFE to food-grade standards. Suppliers for parts of the line: flow meter: Endress+Hauser, ABB; product pump: Hilge, carbon steel Inox, GEA; other pumps: Siemens, Leszno; heat exchanger: Schmidt Bretten, GEA, JAD; fittings: Südmo, Kieselmann, GEA – Tuchenhagen; control unit: Siemens.
