Used Reifenhauser HDPE blow film line model RT381-1-70. Manufactured in 1982. The extruder is driven by a 45 kW motor, with an 18:1 L/D ratio. Features a water-cooled feed throat.
The nip roll is mounted in a 27 ft tall tower, 55 inches in width. Equipped with a 150 mm O.D. blown film die (6") with a single lip air ring. Fitted with a Kuhne surface winder 43 inches in width, capable of handling rolls up to 40 inches in diameter. The winder is new as of 1987.
Previously operated producing 10–35 micron film at 70 kg per hour.
