Used Johnson 16" diameter × 30" wide three-roll sheet down stack. Pneumatically operated cored chrome rolls; rolls are driven by a silent chain drive. Drive gearboxes for both the chrome rolls and the pull rolls operate at 1.0, 2.07, 5.058 and 10.465:1 ratios. Pull rolls are 8" diameter × 30" wide and have been newly recovered. The pull roll is driven by a 3 HP, 180-volt DC motor through a gearbox. Drive motor for the chrome rolls not included.
