Used Francis Shaw Banbury compounding package consisting of the following: Francis Shaw K2A Banbury mixer with 600 HP DC Siemens motor 0-1500 variable rpm, 60 pound batch weight for material with specific gravity 1.0. Estimated 500-1500kg/hr capacity depending on materials. Dumps into 220 mm extruder, 16/1 L/D, with oversized hopped and ram feed. Extruder barrel is electrically heated, air cooled and includes temperature panel. Still installed as operated. No pelletizer or downstream equipment included.
