Used Guedu model 820 2V/PO stainless steel vacuum pan dryer. Pan approximately 1080mm diameter x 930mm deep. Approximately 500 litre working capacity and 820 litre total capacity. Has welded flat bottom and clamped dished top heads. Hydraulically operated lid and discharge valve. Has stainless steel heating jacket. 'S' curve agitator belt driven by 24/15 kw 380 volt 3/50 1465/730 rpm motor and gearbox. Mounted on stand.
