Line includes equipment to carry out the following procedures:- Stunning, slaughtering, plumage stripping, leg cutting, carcass unloading, scalding to remove feathers, esophagus & head removal, blood collection, neck crushing, cloaca removal, carcass opening, apollo evisceration, neck removal, trachea removal, leg unloading, lung removal, carcass washing, bird hanger washing, carcass cooling.
