Vertical Form/Fill/Seal Machine Empak Krakow ZFR-1

Description

Used Empak Krakow (pl) vertical form/fill/seal machine model ZFR-1. Machine is designed for packaging tablets into strips made from two layers of film. Machine is equipped with vibrating feeder. Width of conveyer 130 mm and have 4 lanes moving tablets to forming section. Forming rolls have width 210 mm and diameter 100 mm. Currently installed mould have 4 rows each with size 25 mm x 25 mm. Rolls feeding film have width 220 mm. Machine can work on tablets with size in range (diameter x thickness): 6 x 3 mm up to 27 x 6 mm. Machine can work on diffrent type of film or material layered with thermoactive material (like paper, aluminium, cellophane etc).
