Description

Used powder tumbling mixer. Contact parts are made from stainless steel. Total volume of the mixing chamber is 2840 litres. Working volume up to 1400 litres. The mixer is driven by a reducer and electric motor of 7.5 kW, 1445 rpm, 400/690 V, 50 Hz. The working rotation speed of the drum is up to 23 rpm. The mixing chamber has a single inlet/outlet, equipped with a slide valve, operated manually. Dimensions of the discharge/inlet: 245 mm x 240 mm.

Inside the mixing chamber, there are welded static agitators. Close to the discharge outlet, there is a single shaft fitted with welded paddles, driven by a gearbox and electric motor of 1.1 kW, 1395 rpm, 230/400 V, 50 Hz. Working rotation speed up to 55.8 rpm. There are also four agitators mounted on the chamber walls, each working close to the wall surface, driven by electric motors of 0.25 kW, with reducers and start/stop control. The working rotation speed of each agitator is 50 rpm. Also, close to each of these agitators, there are inlets with the possibility to mount spray nozzles. Currently, only one connection and nozzle is fitted. The mixer is mounted on a carbon steel supporting frame with an electric control panel. The machine is also equipped with a working platform and stairs, plus safety barriers.
