Description

Used universal mixer by X-Cam. Total volume of mixing chamber approximately 290 litres. Working volume approximately 200 litres. Machine is constructed from stainless steel. Mixing chamber has an internal diameter of 730 mm with a straight wall height of 630 mm. Mixer is fitted with a bottom-driven two-paddle agitator. The top of the mixer is equipped with a manually operated stainless steel lid. Discharge is by mechanically operated tilt. Machine is mounted on a stainless steel mobile frame. Includes a local control panel. Technical documentation is not included. The machine was last used in the food industry.
