Description

Used stainless steel liquid processing installation, consisting of a 30 L vertical jacketed mixing tank equipped with a propeller-type agitator driven by an electric motor 0.12 kW, 1500 rpm, 220/230-380/400 V, 50 Hz. The tank has an internal diameter of 345 mm and a straight wall length of 360 mm. Central bottom discharge outlet. The system also includes a stainless steel horizontal buffer tank with a diameter of 430 mm and a straight wall length of 400 mm, providing a volume of 55 L. The buffer tank has three liquid level sensors and an electric heater. For liquid transfer, there are two stainless steel contact parts monotype pumps by Netzsch, type 2NL 15A, operating at up to 214 rpm; each pump is driven by an electric motor 0.25 kW, 1390 rpm, 220-240/380-420 V, 50 Hz. There are also two stainless steel plate heat exchangers by Sondex A/S, model S4-FG. Each heat exchanger has a working exchange surface of 0.59 m², power of 9 kW, and is designed to operate at pressures up to 6 bar (test pressure 8 bar). Operating temperature from 0 up to 110 °C. Working liquid flow up to 150 L/h. Product and medium volume – each 8 L. There is also one vertical jacketed stainless steel filtration column with a total volume of 10.55 L. All is mounted on a stainless steel frame and includes a local control panel, piping, and valves.
