Used semiautomatic machine for sealing film on jars/bottles/containers, by Ballerstaedt (DE) model Polymat Varioseal. Machine can work on glass or plastic containers. It has single head with heating block. Working diameter 60 mm. Die is driven pneumatically. Compressed air supply - 5 bar. Machine has also container holder with roller slide guide, designed for containers with diameter 60 mm. Power supply 0.3 kW, 220 V. Sealer is mounted on stainless steel support. Last time used in cosmetic industry.
