3000 L Twin Ribbon Mixer Laska ME3000

Description

Used stainless steel horizontal twin ribbon mixer by Laska (AT), model ME3000. The machine has internal dimensions of the mixing chamber: W 1505 mm x L 2005 mm x D 1170 mm. Total volume of the mixing chamber is 3000 litres. Working volume ranges from 2100 litres up to 2400 litres, with a batch weight of up to 2400 kg. The mixer has twin shafts with welded ribbons. Each shaft is driven by an electric motor rated at 11/7.5 kW, 2880/1450 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz, via a reducer and chain. Working rotation speed of each shaft is 36/71 rpm. The mixer has a top opening. Discharge is through two outlets on the front wall, equipped with two lids designed in Teflon and operated via hydraulic actuators. The mixer has a hydraulic device driven by an electric motor of 1.5 kW, built into the supporting pedestal. The mixer is mounted on four load cells. The machine has a connection pipe for feeding liquid into the mixing chamber during operation. The mixer is equipped with a stainless steel lifting/tilt device for use with rectangular containers with a volume of 200 litres and a width of 655 mm. The lifting device is operated hydraulically.
