Description

Used mixer by Bühler (CH), type SPM-50-HT, with butterfly/tri-foil agitator for operation under vacuum. The mixer has contact parts made from non-corrosive steel. The mixing shaft is approximately 1750 mm long and is fitted with a butterfly agitator, featuring three paddles and an external diameter of 1040 mm. The top cover is equipped with two pneumatic actuators and fits mixing pans with a diameter of 1100 mm. The cover can be raised up to 500 mm. The agitator is belt-driven by an electric motor rated at 45 kW, 1470 rpm, 380/660 V, 50 Hz. The mixer can be hydraulically raised by up to 90 cm. The machine is equipped with a local control panel by Siemens, featuring a touchpad and an electrical cabinet. It is also fitted with a hydraulically operated post for the mixing can. The working pressure in the mixing tank can reach 0.3 bar. The machine has been used for paints. The mixing pan is not included.
