Vertical Stainless Steel Lifting/Tilting Device With Pans

Description

Used stainless steel vertical lifting device for raising and tilting pans. Working height of lift up to 320 cm. Total height of the tower 396 cm. Machine is equipped with a stainless steel trolley for mounting pans with a distance between holders of 1115 mm. Pan is tilted manually via a gearbox. Machine is equipped with an electrically driven hoist with a working capacity of up to 500 kg. Two stainless steel pans are included with the machine:
The first with a volume of 350 litres – made by Kates (PL). Tank has internal dimensions: diameter 770 mm x length of straight side of wall 760 mm. Flat bottom, no discharge outlet. Top open, with a stainless steel cover mounted on eight clamps. Tank has two side wall shafts/supports for tilt discharge. Pan is mounted on a mobile stainless steel platform.
The second with a volume of 250 litres – made by Kates (PL). Tank has internal dimensions: diameter 630 mm x length of straight side of wall 800 mm. Flat bottom, no discharge outlet. Top open, with a stainless steel cover mounted on eight clamps. Tank has two side wall shafts/supports for tilt discharge. Pan is mounted on a mobile stainless steel platform. Also included are two stainless steel conicals – one for mounting on the 250 litre pan, second for mounting on the 350 litre pan. Both conicals have butterfly discharge valves and manually operated delumpers.
