2.3 kW Molteni Type TM5 RP.SV Twin Shaft Planetary Dissolver

Description

Second-hand stainless steel contact parts twin-shaft planetary dissolver by Molteni, type TM5 RP.SV. The mixer has a stainless steel jacketed mixing pan with an internal diameter of 207 mm and a depth of 213 mm. The total volume of the pan is 7 litres, with a working volume of about 5 litres. The mixing pan has a sidewall bottom discharge outlet. The mixer has two agitators with toothed discs and one wall scraper. The toothed discs have a diameter of 100 mm and are driven by a variable speed gearbox and a two-speed electric motor rated at 1.75/1.4 kW, 2800/1400 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz, certified EEx-d II B T4. The working rotation speed of the disc agitators is manually adjustable from 300 up to 4800 rpm. The wall scraper is driven by an electric motor of 0.26 kW, 1360 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 Hz (design EEx-d II B T5) through a reducer with a ratio of i = 44.77, resulting in an output rotation speed of 32 rpm. The agitators are raised by a hydraulic device driven by an electric motor of 0.26 kW, 1360 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 Hz, EEx-d II B T5 design. The machine is equipped with a local control panel and a pneumatic vacuum pump by Piab. The machine is mounted on a steel mobile cabinet. Additional equipment included with the mixer: pneumatically operated press for emptying the mixing pan, and a stand for emptying/cleaning the mixing pan.
