2,700 Litre Gloucester Material Handling Ltd. Stainless Steel Paddle Mixer

Description

Used stainless steel paddle mixer for continuous operation by Gloucester Material Handling Ltd (UK) with a total volume of 2700 litres. Internal diameter of the mixing chamber is 1100 mm x 2840 mm in length. Top feeding inlet measures 300 mm x 300 mm. Bottom front outlet measures 300 mm x 440 mm. The mixer is equipped with a stainless steel mixing shaft fitted with 21 welded paddles. The front and back walls are bolted. The front wall has a mechanical shaft seal, while the back wall has a standard shaft seal. The mixer was operated with a 55 kW, 1500 rpm electric motor, but the motor is not included. The mixer is fitted with a gearbox and a new mechanical seal. No control panel is included. Technical drawings of the mixer and shaft are provided. The mixer was used in food production with a reported output of approximately 8-12 tonnes per hour. The machine is mounted on six stainless steel legs.
