Description

Used 11,700 litre (approximate total volume) stainless steel 316 vertical cylindrical jacketed tank (straight side only 2.2 m deep) with welded dished top and bottom. Top openings: 3 x 50 mm, 3 x 80 mm, 2 x 100 mm, 1 x 150 mm, 1 x 300 mm (top dead centre, suitable for drive unit) and 1 x 450 mm diameter manway with bolt-on/off lid. Bottom outlets: 1 x 80 mm (on centre line) and 1 x 80 mm (offset from centre line). Internally, the vessel has four (4) 8 mm thick x 220 mm deep full-length plate baffles. Vessel dimensions: 2.2 m diameter (+ 70 mm for stainless steel jacket) x 2.7 m on the straight side plus 500 mm for each dished end. Unit supported by full cylindrical carbon steel skirt incorporating two (2 x) 200 mm diameter access ports and base anchor ring at 2.33 m outside diameter. Floor clearance from the lower face of the bottom outlet flange is approximately 600 mm. Unit can also be supported by a 2.47 m diameter ring positioned 1.2 mm below the upper face of the top centre flange. The top dish has 3 x 140 mm deep support ribs for the drive unit, plus a bolt-on/off carbon steel tubular safety cage at 1.3 m high and 1 x lifting/turning eye.
