800-7000 M3/HR Mobile Odorant Unit

Description

Unused mobile odourant unit for injection of mercaptans into natural gas for odourisation. System is designed to inject into a flowing gas pipeline. Made by Orbital in 2015 but never used. Equipment includes:
- injection pump made from 316 stainless steel
- controller with local and remote programming access
- verometer made from 316 stainless steel
- safety relief valve and expansion tank system
- containment skid
- injection point assembly
- odourant filter
- back pressure regulator

Operating conditions as follows: pressure 20 to 35 Barg, gas velocity 800 to 7000 m³/hour, permissible ambient temperature -17 to 60 degrees Celsius at fully rated conditions.

12-month warranty and commissioning can be arranged for an additional payment.
