600 Litre 5 HP 316 Stainless Steel Processing Vessel

Description

Unused processing vessel with an approximate total capacity of 600 litres, made from 316 stainless steel. The unit measures approximately 950mm in diameter by 750mm in straight height. It features a clamped flat top and welded dished bottom heads. Includes a top-entry stainless steel gate-type agitator fitted with Teflon wall scrapers and a bottom-entry homogeniser. Supplied with a hydraulic powerpack for raising and lowering the top head. Internally rated to 2 kg/cm² with a full vacuum design pressure. The unit has a mild steel jacket with a test pressure rating of 5 kg/cm². Also included is an approximately 500-litre stainless steel jacketed mixing vessel for product make-up. Both vessels are mounted on a common frame/stand.
