Description

Used Viani stainless steel double ribbon blender. Approximately 300 litre working capacity and 570 litre total capacity (Product Dependant). Mixing trough measures approximately 1,500mm long x 600mm wide x 700mm deep. Double helical interrupted outer ribbon and contra uninterrupted inner helical ribbon direct driven with electic motor/gearbox. Air purged packing glands on shaft. Unit has central bottom discharge with manual valve and counter-balanced hinged lid. Mounted on stainless steel frame with castors for easy manipulation. Control panel included.
