Used Nara model NHS-3 Hybridisation system for surface modification and preparation of composite materials of fine particles by dry powder processing. Typically used for coating, embedding, and rounding of particles. All contact parts are stainless steel. Main rotor diameter is 470 mm, driven by a 22 kW motor. The system includes a Brabender gravimetric dosing system built in 2019 and a chiller unit. The unit is fully automated for a batch capacity of 1.6 kg.
