Used Kleiser GmbH horizontal shell and tube heat exchanger, approximately 16 sq m. The unit has 68 tubes made of 316L stainless steel, each approximately 3,000 mm long with a 25 mm outside diameter, rated for a design pressure of 6 bar at 100°C. The shell is made of 316Ti stainless steel, approximately 3,000 mm long and 324 mm in diameter, also rated for a design pressure of 6 bar at 100°C. There are two 316Ti stainless steel headers. The unit is fitted with two support mounts.
