3410 Litre, 10 Bar Internal, 6.9 Bar Jacket, Hastelloy Reactor

Description

Used Carl Canzler vertical reactor with approximately 3,410 litre working capacity and 4,520 litre total capacity, made from Hastelloy B2. The unit measures approximately 1800 mm diameter by 1400 mm straight side. It features welded dished top and bottom heads. The internal design pressure is rated at 10/20.7 bar for temperatures between -20 to 200°C. The external mild steel jacket is rated at 6.9 bar design pressure for the same temperature range (-20 to 200°C). The unit is equipped with a top-entry 4-blade agitator, driven by a motor and gearbox. The unit is mounted on lugs.
