Description

Used Surmet 316 stainless steel process vessel. Approximately 1,170 litre working capacity and 1,400 litre total capacity. Internal dimensions approximately 1,219 mm diameter x 1,000 mm straight side. Features flat top and welded hemispherical bottom heads. Internal pressure rated for atmospheric pressure. 304 stainless steel jacket rated at 2.76 bar design pressure. Contra-rotating agitator with wall scrapers, driven by Bauer 1.5 kW, 415 volt, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 1,420/15.5 rpm motor through Surmet series II contra gearbox rated at 1.45:1 ratio. Mounted on four stainless steel legs.
