Bogo SL4 Wraparound/Film Labeler Line

Description

Used machine for automatic labelling of bottles/jars with thermo-shrinkable film labels, "sleeve" type, manufactured by Borgo (Italy), Model SL4. The labeller is capable of working on bottles/jars made from glass as well as PET and other plastics. The machine cuts the label according to previously set parameters. After cutting, the sleeve is placed onto the container. A stream of hot air passes through the film, which then forms tightly around the container. The control panel allows you to set all operating parameters: speed, sleeve length, and others. It is impossible to make a mistake because the system shuts down the machine until all parameters are correctly set. Additionally, all faults are indicated on the panel (continuous diagnostics), describing the type of issue that has occurred. The machine is powered by a motor with an output of 0.25 kW / 220 V / 380 V / 1.35 A / 50 Hz / 2760 rpm. Stainless steel construction. Machine transport dimensions are width 1,400 mm × height 1,910 mm × depth 1,100 mm.
