Description

Used MTI model MD-Z4-1400/add carbon steel jacket vertical mixer. Total capacity 1400 litres, working capacity approximately 980 litres.
Mixer, has bolted dished top and welded bottom heads. Carbon steel jacket rated 0,5 bar max. Pressure. Bottom discharge with pneumatic operated Ball valve.
Unit equipped with 3 agitators:

(1) anchor agitator with scraper stirrer driven by 33/52 kW motor.
(1) mixing shaft with 2 X toothed disc agitator driven by 11 kW motor.
(1) mixing shaft with vertical 2X spiral agitator by 7 kW motor.

mixer including: control panel and electrical box.
