Used Technolab Timatic model Maxi 200 stainless steel extraction unit designed to extract active ingredients from medicinal plants and aromatic herbs. It can handle both fresh and dried material: flowers, leaves, buds, fruit, roots, bark, stems, seeds, medicinal plants, aromatic herbs.
The unit consists of: stainless steel pressure tank/vessel (extraction chamber) with a total capacity of 240 litres, working capacity 200 litres, featuring a welded dished bottom and clamp dished top head. Internal diameter 490 mm x 950 mm straight side (1030 mm depth). Vessel rated 0-10 bar max. pressure at 0-90°C max. temperature.
Active and passive pneumatic piston, air connection, suction pump and control panel. All mounted on a stainless steel frame. New 2010.
