Used Winkworth stainless steel ribbon blender. Approximately 550 litre working capacity (product dependent). Mixing trough measures approximately 1140 mm long x 815 mm wide x 1015 mm deep. Features a stainless steel single interrupted ribbon with a diameter of approximately 800 mm, driven by a 5 HP, 1440 rpm, 380-440 V, 50 Hz electric motor through a gearbox. Equipped with a stainless steel hinged lid on each side and a safety mesh on one side. Includes off-centre bottom discharge.
