Description

Used Andritz model SE 630 MD chamber membrane type filter press. The filter press has (22) plates 630 x 630 mm - a combination of (10) membrane, (10) chamber and (2) end plates. Filtration surface area 12.4 m². Cake volume 163 litres, cake thickness 30 mm. The filter press frame can be extended up to 40 plates, providing a maximum filtration surface area of approximately 20 m². The unit features hydraulic closure with a maximum closing pressure of 385 bar and a maximum filtration pressure of 15 bar. Central feeding, closed discharge, (5) eyes per plate. Dimensions of the filter press: approximately 3815 mm (length) x 1483 mm (width) x 2055 mm (height), weighing approximately 1885 kg. Includes control panel. The unit is dismantled – attached photos are from the installation.
