Used sugar dryer Swidnica type 500 with the capacity 500 tones of dryer sugar per day. Designed for cooling and drying of the sugar at temperatures up to 200°C. The drum is installed and rotates on rolls. The drum is equiped with the stepped system inside, where product is mixed and dried during the rotation of the drum. On the right side, drum have two output channels, first channel for the warm air, second channel for the cold air. At the bottom drum is equipped wit the sugar discharge system. Size of the drum - 2690 x 10060 mm. Weight of the drum 35.2 ton. Speed of the drum 4 rpm. Drive 22 KW. Main parts of the sugar drying line - Screw conveyor; Drying – cooling drum; Air filter; Fan (warm air); Fan (cold air); Exhaust fan; Cyclone; Cooling unit; Heating unit; Water filter; Control cabinets and control system.
