Used stainless steel 400 litre (105 gallon) working capacity sigma blade double arm mixer made by Redoctober (Ukraine), type ЗШ-400-К. The unit has a heating-cooling jacket operating at 0.6 bar pressure. The working chamber has atmospheric pressure. Working temperature range is 0-160°C. The unit is equipped with two counter-rotating stainless steel blades, driven through a gearbox and electric motor, 380V/50Hz/30kW. Discharge is facilitated by a screw. The mixer measures 3310mm x 1630mm x 2265mm.
