Slidell-Matic Automatic Bag Filling Line

Description

Used Slidell-Matic (Thiel) 3125 electro-mechanical pneumatically controlled automatic bag filling line. The line is capable of running at speeds of 8-15 bags per minute depending on the application. It can handle bags with a face width of 16.5"-17.5" and a length of 14" to 3'4". It features an 8" clam jaw.

The line consists of the following:

- (1) stainless steel bagging surge hopper with (2) vibratory feeders
- (1) Slidell model 9403 bagging scale, weight range 25-100 lbs (depending on bulk density in lbs per cubic foot)
- (2) bag filling spouts with bag clamps
- (1) bag feed magazine
- (1) Busch vacuum pump
- (1) bag top closing conveyor
- (1) bag grabber
- (1) 12" wide x 15' long takeaway conveyor
- (1) knockdown conveyor
- (1) operator panel
- (1) control panel with Schneider Electric PLC and (3) AB servo drives, 3/60/460 volt
