2004 kW Jenbacher JMS 612 GS-N.L Cogeneration Plant

Description

Used Jenbacher type JMS 612 GS-N.L gas-powered CHP plant made in 2011, currently used for tri-generation; cooling, heating, and power production within the same process. Cooling is provided by absorption chillers.

Rated 2004 kWel, 4551 kWt (479 Nm³/h of natural gas), gas flow 2.79 kg/s, gas temperature 410 degrees Celsius, 1500 rpm, inlet air temperature ambient + 10 degrees Celsius, 50 Hz, 6300 V.

Equipment includes:
- Heat recovery boiler, water tube, gas flow 2.79 kg/s, gas inlet temperature 410 degrees Celsius, gas outlet temperature 120 degrees Celsius, outlet water temperature 101 degrees Celsius, inlet water temperature 90 degrees Celsius, recovery power 953 kW(t).
- Absorption chiller, refrigeration power 1000 kWt, hot water flow 78.5 m³/h.
- Plate heat exchanger in 316 stainless steel for the production of hot process water from hot water produced in the heat recovery boiler.
- Air cooler.
- Cooling tower.
