PRODUKT CZ Model PS-LINE Filling and Sealing Machine

Description

Used PRODUKT CZ model PS-LINE automatic filling and closing machine suitable for liquid or paste products. The device is suitable for filling into glass bottles and operates with the following working strokes:
- Manual placing of bottles on the conveyor.
- Automatic locking of bottles under the filling nozzles.
- Automatic insertion of the nozzles into the necks of the bottles.
- Automatic filling of bottles with product (PRODFILL PS-1500/IV/L linear filling machine).
- Automatic removal of the nozzles from the packaging.
- Release of the stoppers and removal of the bottles from the filling position.
- Capping (automatic/manual).
- Automatic locking of bottles in the closing position.
- Automatic cap closure (PRODSCREW ZS-1500/L/S screw cap closure device).
- Release of stops and removal of bottles from the closing position.
- Automatic application of self-adhesive labels (PRODLABEL ES-1500/L/R self-adhesive label applicator).
- Movement from the labelling position.
