Description

Used briquetting press Briklis type Brikstar S 100 2X30 (Czech Republic). The press has two pressing units, each with a capacity of 50 kg/h. The material for moulding should meet the following conditions: moisture content 8-15%, particle size smaller than 15 mm, and a bulk density greater than 70 kg/m³. Suitable materials for pressing include sawdust and dust from sawdust, oilseed rape and cereal straw, shredded energy plants, stalks of flax and hemp, waste from seed treatment plants, poppy straw, shredded paper, paper dust, textile dust and short fibres or dust, as well as industrial waste from extraction processes, polyurethane, and certain types of composite plastic materials. The power motor has an output of 10 kW / 3-phase / 400 V / 50 Hz. Dimensions are length 1400 mm × width 1500 mm × height 2500 mm, with a weight of approximately 1500 kg. The press was manufactured in 2007.
